What is an ident?
Definition - a short visual image employed between television programmes that works as a logo to locate the viewer to the channel.
What I think an ident is - An ident is the starting clip to a film/tv programme (or between tv programmes), which is roughly 5-20 seconds long.

Initial ident idea's
We have spoken to the teachers in the media department and they were not sure if our original idea for the 'Breaking Glass Productions' ident will work with the time that we have available. We were then told that we would be able to use a piece of software called 'Adobe After effect' to make our 'Breaking glass' idea.
